PCT Update- Support for Appraisers During Preparation for Appraisals Please see this recent update

A new email address is now available specifically for admin matters to do with GP appraisals. Emails concerning the following matters should be sent to gp.appraisal@oxfordshirepct.nhs.uk

This new inbox is accessible to more than one member of our team, thereby ensuring quicker response to queries, especially if urgent.

Further to the note in the Update session notes about MAC users, thanks to Michelle Downer who has passed on this tip: "...a tip for Mac users (as I am one) - if you advised appraisees to download Firefox [an alternative to Windows Explorer] for Mac the toolkit works perfectly and signing off is not a problem and will save having to contact the toolkit helpdesk..."


All forms should be sent by e-mail 2 weeks before you meet your appraiser.

Whilst we check links to external web sites when we add them, we of course cannot accept responsibility for the content and performance of external web sites - If you have problems with an external site then we suggest that you contact them not us - it is also worth noting that some sensitive NHS web sites are only accessible via computers on the NHS network

Filling in forms 1-3 should be done electronically via the appraisals website  https://www.appraisals.nhs.uk/
