This new inbox is accessible to more than one member of our team, thereby ensuring quicker response to queries, especially if urgent.
Further to the note in the Update session notes about MAC users, thanks to Michelle Downer who has passed on this tip: "...a tip for Mac users (as I am one) - if you advised appraisees to download Firefox [an alternative to Windows Explorer] for Mac the toolkit works perfectly and signing off is not a problem and will save having to contact the toolkit helpdesk..."

forms should be sent by e-mail 2 weeks before you meet your appraiser.
