Would you like to work at the Elliot Smith Clinic?
The Elliot Smith Clinic runs twice a week; Tuesdays at 4.00 pm and Fridays at 2.00 pm, Professor John Guillebaud would train GPs in 'Non-Scalpel Vasectomy' and the doctor would watch him do a few, assist a few and then do a few with him watching. This could take three or four sessions and would be free, but not paid. Once the doctor is happy to do his own sessions he would do (initially three patients, but aiming to do four) and the remuneration is at present £300 per session. Those selected for training would need to show that they would be available to work in Oxford in the longer term.John Guillebaud can be contacted on
